Returns & Refunds

Due to the specialty nature of this business, refunds will only be granted under the following circumstances, as required by the Office of Fair Trading;

  • You have received product that is clearly faulty
  • You have received the wrong product you ordered
  • Your purchase does not match the sample you ordered¬†

Should you require a refund on your purchase you must contact us by email within 3 day of receiving your goods to outline your reasons. Once the Brisbane Fabric Market has approved the return of product, it is your responsibility to ensure all goods are returned in the original packaging and are not damaged, washed, cut, ironed or crumpled.

Please note: Under no circumstance will we conduct a refund or return if you have not previously ordered a sample of the product you purchased, and you feel it will not suit the purpose once it arrives.

HOW TO RETURN

All returns must be sent via Australia Post with a tracking number. It is your responsibility to make sure we receive the correct tracking number to ensure we receive the sent goods. We will not be held liable for missing or lost items.
